1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Towly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may maintain one account. Employers may have team members on their company account.
3. Job Seekers
Job seekers may search and apply to jobs at no cost. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and profile information. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
4. Employers
Employers agree to post legitimate job openings only. Job listings must comply with applicable employment laws. Discriminatory listings will be removed. Sponsored and featured listings are subject to our pricing terms.
5. Payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not bulk-download data, post fraudulent or misleading content, harass other users, attempt to circumvent security controls, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
Towly owns the platform and its original content. Users retain ownership of their own content (resumes, job listings, reviews). By posting content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Towly is provided as-is. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not responsible for the actions of employers or job seekers on the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your privacy settings.
